EMAIL & MARKETING CONSENT

REQUESTED AND TRANSACTIONAL EMAILS

When you request a free report, we use your email address to deliver that report and essential access information. When you buy a product, we use it for receipts, delivery, account support and the customer guidance included with your purchase.

Requesting a free resource or making a purchase does not, by itself, enrol you in promotional emails.

MARKETING EMAILS

We send promotional or newsletter emails only where you have made a separate, clear choice to receive them, such as using a dedicated sign-up form or an unticked marketing-consent option. Consent is optional and is not required to obtain a free report or complete a purchase.

If you choose to receive marketing emails, they may include helpful content and occasional information about The 12-Week Comeback, which is £49 as a single payment. There is no subscription and no time-limited offer.

WITHDRAWING CONSENT

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of a marketing email, or by emailing contact@over50andhealthy.xyz. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential purchase, delivery, security or support messages.
